Professor Gabriel currently serves as the Vice Chancellor of the first African Aviation & Aerospace University in Abuja.

Currently, Gabriel is contracted as transaction advisor to the Nigerian Government for the business plan and start-up of the national airline Nigeria Air and the launch of the first African Aviation & Aerospace University in Abuja, Nigeria.
An avid speaker at international aviation, training and safety conferences and columnist for several magazines, Gabriel is widely considered a thought leader in his field and is writing about and researching the future opportunities in air transport and support systems, future pilot recruitment, training and workplace cockpit, as well as new concepts in gamified learning in aviation. As Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, Gabriel is a member of the Learned Society Board. He was a member of the ICAO CBTA Task Force responsible for the development of the new pilot license training, based on core competencies and observable behaviours; and focusing on the combination of bachelor programmes with the ICAO Annex 1 licenses.
Global Operation Expert
Capt. Luis Sancha has established a 45-year track record as Senior Operations Executive, Sales Director at Lufthansa Pilots Training Centre in Germany and Arizona, Fleet Captain and deputy Fleet Chief at Lufthansa, and Chief Executive Officer and Accountable Manager of the Volkswagen AirService GmbH.
As TRE/TRI with Lufthansa until his retirement in 2011, Cpt Sancha was a member of the training department for the 747 fleet, introducing several fleets and operational concepts, and retired his Lufthansa career after the successful introduction of the new B747-8 fleet. Presently, he is a seasoned consultant in operational and training improvements. As co-founder of Aero Qualitas, Cpt Sancha recruited pilots for Lufthansa, Iberia and Vietnam Air.
During his 9 years as Volkswagen Air Service CEO, Sancha turned the aircraft and airport operational facilities for the global Volkswagen travel requirements into an airline-style operation while introducing several new cost-efficient fleets and travel procedures. The 30 Mio € Volkswagen investment in a prize-winning architectural FBO and hangars, as well as the purchase of aircraft valued at more than €500 M, are well-recognised achievements of Cpt Sancha.

Hanspeter Baserga is a highly experienced aircraft evaluation, leasing, purchasing and maintenance specialist with more than 30 years of experience in the aviation industry. Mr. Baserga started his aviation career as an aircraft mechanic with Swissair in 1987, thereafter he graduated as a mechanical engineer at the University of Winterthur and in 1998 successfully post-graduated in Business Management.
Mr. Baserga held several key positions at Swissair and the leasing company Flightlease which owned and managed a portfolio of aircraft leased to airlines around the globe.
In 2002 he became Technical Director at Swiss International Air Lines and managed the airline portfolio of 135 aircraft from purchasing to contracts and technical management.
In 2007 he joined CLC Aviation Consulting in order to support the growing consulting business with his aviation-related knowledge in aircraft leasing, fleet and maintenance-related aspects.
In 2012 Mr. Baserga founded Andromeda Aviation GmbH which offers customized consultancy services to airlines and aircraft leasing companies.
In 2015 Mr. Baserga joined IATA Consulting where he is providing his aircraft-leasing, fleet, and maintenance-related knowledge to a wide range of IATA customers.

Antoine is a passionate and innovative aviation professional. He has diverse, international experience in civil aviation based on a strong academic background obtained from high-rated engineering and business schools.
His experience as a glider pilot as well as large aircraft captain; chief pilot, test pilot, flight ops manager, aircraft design engineer, finance and strategy analyst, and safety expert, make him a knowledgeable consultant to C-level executives and a valuable member of a board of directors.
While still flying as an instructor and controller on Airbus A330/A350, Antoine has founded his own company named AVIAGILITY, as he believes only agile and innovative aviation businesses will succeed in implementing safe, sustainable and financially viable operations.
